Our wines
Wine is born in the vineyard — we just preserve it in the cellar. This is a belief that has been lived by Krapež for four generations. Every decision in the vineyard and cellar is dictated by two questions: what the vine needs and what the nature of this vintage demands.
White classic
The wine is golden orange in color. Medium fresh bouquet of lemons, chamomile, honey and smoke. In the mouth dry, tannic, fresh, medium long aftertaste.
Zelen
Medium-intensity golden yellow color with a greenish tint. The bouquet is youthful, richly fragrant, very varied, smoky, honeyed, with nice notes of maturation, dry herbs, slightly balsamic. Dry in the mouth, moderate acidity, full-bodied.
Malvasia
The wine is medium deep golden yellow in color, slightly cloudy. The flower is aromatic, intense, apricot, dried apricot, peach. Slightly balsamic. In the mouth dry, moderate acidity, medium body, tannic, mineral and tasty with a long aftertaste.
Lapor white
Deeper, golden yellow in color, cloudy. The floral notes are pronounced. Ripe peach, dried apricot, slightly tarry, with balsamic notes in the background. Rich, inviting floral notes. Dry, full-bodied in the mouth, with clear tannic grip. Intense and persistent.
Amfora
The wine is golden yellow in color with shades of amber. The flower is ripe, fine and varied. Full-bodied with notes of vanilla and caramel. We detect pleasant, fine notes of maturation in wood. Very tasty, slightly tannic and long.
Red Classic
The wine is an intense ruby red color. The flower is youthful, red fruit, black pepper. In the mouth, dry, high acidity, medium body, lower tannins, lively.
Lapor red
The wine is an intense ruby-purple color. The flower is ripe, very intense. We perceive the aroma of overripe red fruit, especially berries, smoke. In the mouth dry, strong, full, with moderate and balanced acids, intense, warm, the tannins are abundant and ripe, with a long aftertaste.
Merlot
The wine is ruby red in color and dense. The aroma is intense, very fine and rich. We can detect the aroma of ripe red fruits and berries (sour cherry, blackberry, blueberry, prunes). The taste of the wine is dry, fairly fresh, tannic and tasty, balanced, intense, elegant and persistent, harmonious, strong, mature with a long aftertaste.
Cabernet franc
Deep garnet color. The flower is ripe, moderately pronounced, spicy notes, butter, yogurt, fine, ripe black fruits (elderberries). In the mouth it is dry, full-bodied, rich, tannic, ripe with a long aftertaste.
Barbera
The wine is garnet red in color and dense. The aroma is intense, very fine and rich. We can detect the aroma of overripe red fruits and berries (sour cherry, blackberry, blueberry, prunes, dried fig, raisins, jam). In the mouth the wine is dry, fairly fresh, tannic and tasty, balanced, elegant and very persistent.
Merlot Renatus
The wine is opaque ruby red in color and dense. The bouquet is intense, very fine and rich. We detect the aroma of overripe red fruits and berries (sour cherry, blackberry, blueberry, black plum), jam, spices. The taste of the wine is dry, warm, very full-bodied, soft with velvety tannins, and the jammy taste is also noticeable in the mouth, very intense, with a long aftertaste.
